Career Opportunity
Cariloop is currently seeking two (2) motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representatives (BDR).
This is a newly created position at Cariloop, representing an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on Cariloop’s success as you work collaboratively with our Growth team to develop and enhance our outbound lead strategy.
As a BDR, you primarily focus on outbound lead generation, targeting new business opportunities, and being the first point of contact for potential Cariloop partners. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers using outreach channels such as cold calling, and email campaigns to expand our sales pipeline and identify high-potential partnership opportunities to further engage with our sales team.

You are self-driven and have experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally supporting and contributing to a growth-oriented organization. Your Role
Lead Generation & Qualification
Proactively engage with potential customers/partners via cold calls and leading outreach efforts that generate qualified leads for our Growth team.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria, identifying high-potential prospects for further engagement by the sales team.
Effectively plan your daily and weekly call schedule to ensure timely lead follow-up.
Work collaboratively with our Growth and Marketing teams to develop innovative outreach strategies for connecting with key decision-makers and meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.
Pipeline Management
Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify key prospects, prioritize efforts, and generate interest
Accurately update and maintain all lead and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accurate activity tracking.
Contact, qualify, and nurture inbound leads generated by marketing activities
Ensure pipeline/account strategies align with team priorities and marketing efforts.
Marketing Support
Participate in marketing initiatives such as attending shows, webinars, or other networking events to generate interest.
Research marketing trends or competitor offerings to share insight and make recommendations for improving our messaging, approach, or solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally within the HR software or SaaS industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven track record of success in cold calling, executive engagement, and pipeline management.
Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track and manage sales activities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and quickly learn new products, messaging, and market trends.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
Self-motivated, driven, curious to learn, and eager to contribute to revenue growth.
