Career Opportunity

Cariloop is seeking to add a new Product Manager / Product Owner to our team!

As a Product Manager at Cariloop, you will primarily be responsible for managing the execution of our product development lifecycle. Regularly, you will work closely with our development, design, and engineering teams to effectively deliver new products or features. This includes writing feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing our product backlog, and leading agile processes that foster teamwork and collaboration. This position also offers the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with leadership teams and contribute to shaping our product roadmap.

Your Role

  • Write detailed feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including grooming, increment planning, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint demonstrations.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
  • Provide support during sprint execution, ensuring clear and proactive communication of requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product updates or changes to drive the adoption of new features.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality assurance, and support to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Growth team (sales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure the product is aligned with customer needs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Research and gather insight on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape and make recommendations that influence product strategy.
  • Identify opportunities, share insights, and present product updates to cross-functional and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of previous experience working in Product Management as a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle preferably in a development environment using Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum).
  • Skilled at writing product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Effectively able to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting customer feedback to shape product features or roadmap decisions.
  • Analytical and decisive with a demonstrated ability to assess challenges or roadblocks, and present ideas for solutions to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with both technical, and non-technical teams.
  • Direct or indirect experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is valuable but not required.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Additional certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
