Position Overview:

RePath is seeking a highly motivated Director of Channel Sales and Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing existing partnerships and procurement channels while spearheading efforts to identify and secure new channel and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive revenue-producing initiatives, exploring grants, alternative markets, and other innovative avenues to expand RePath's impact. A bonus structure will incentivize the development of new partnerships and revenue generation from these alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Oversee and nurture existing partnerships (ie. Amazon AWS), ensuring mutual success and alignment with RePath's strategic goals.
  • Business Development: Actively seek and establish new channel and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.
  • Revenue Generation: Implement initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, including grants, alternative markets, and other creative avenues.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for channel sales and partnerships that aligns with RePath's mission and market objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the partnership strategy supports overall business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Procurement Coordination: Work closely with sales teams and prospects’ procurement teams to ensure a viable path to purchasing, coordinating efforts to navigate procurement processes effectively and efficiently.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or criminal justice sectors.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the criminal justice system and the unique challenges faced by law enforcement and correctional agencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
