eHawk, Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our sales team's growth. This role is crucial for sparking new business opportunities and ensuring a premium experience for potential clients through initiating conversations, setting appointments, and developing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, eager learner with exceptional communication skills, ready to exceed expectations and contribute significantly to our mission of transforming the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads within government sectors, focusing on court systems across the US and Canada.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts, setting high-value meetings with decision-makers.
  • Leverage a consultative approach to identify and address prospects' pain points, utilizing phone, email, and creative, tailored communication.
  • Conduct targeted, persona-based research to develop prioritized prospecting lists and strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of lead progress and interactions within our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new leads.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay aligned with industry trends and company needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a vibrant team culture.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A track record of surpassing key metrics and goals, demonstrating a performance-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, with a preference for SaaS experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to foster strategic relationships and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Passion for improving the criminal justice system and a commitment to eHawk's values and mission.
