We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach to sales, an intense sense of urgency, and a strong commitment to results. A key focus of this role is to understand customer needs, goals, and pain points, and provide solutions through a consultative sales process as a trusted advisor to fleets. They will establish and maintain strong relationships with our largest prospects and customers, while ensuring that quarterly and annual targets are achieved.

This role might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Are comfortable with a complex sales process and understanding the total cost of ownership of trucks and how our technology provides an immediate ROI to lower our customer’s operating ratio.
  • Experience in the SaaS business model, driving business growth through demonstrated practices of acquiring new logos and delivering strong ARR growth.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas. You set goals for yourself and take accountability for your results.
  • Communicate clearly, write well, and speak persuasively. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re equally comfortable leading in-person product demos, Zoom presentations, and communicating on the phone or via email.
  • Are proactive. You have a can-do attitude and thrive working and motivating yourself independently while also working collaboratively across the team.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience: 5+ years
  • A track record of engaging with executives of complex enterprise customers
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
  • Effective time and sales pipeline management
  • Intense curiosity and comfort with ambiguity

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of the transportation or fleet management industry
  • Experience with multi-year SaaS agreements
