We are looking for a detail-oriented and candidate-focused Talent Concierge Associate to support our recruitment operations and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role acts as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and business teams, ensuring timely communication, scheduling, and coordination throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
- Ensure timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates to maintain a positive experience.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage logistics including travel arrangements (if applicable), virtual meeting links, and follow-ups.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and business teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Provide regular status updates and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through thoughtful candidate interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and virtual interview tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
