About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Provide strategic input on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to deliver programs.
- Support talent acquisition by aligning recruitment strategies with workforce requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, diversity & inclusion programs, and cultural development.
- Advise managers on succession planning and career development pathways.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM/PHR preferred).
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compliance.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
