Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
- Office-based or remote depending on company policy.
- May require working in shifts, including weekends or holidays.
