Ideal candidates hold a degree in business or related fields, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with tools like SQL, Excel, and BI software. Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design : Recommending solutions to enhance productivity and implementing, testing, and maintaining systems.
  • Data Analysis : Analyzing data using tools like SQL and Excel to create dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
  • Project Management : Supporting projects by defining scope, monitoring progress, and managing deliverables.
  • Requirement Gathering : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements.
  • Process Analysis : Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
  • Experience: Generally 2-5+ years in business analysis or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
