Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Associate to support project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion
- Maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, status reports, meeting notes)
- Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or risks
- Track budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Prepare project status updates and dashboards
- Support requirement gathering and documentation
- Follow up on action items and ensure accountability
- Participate in client meetings and internal review sessions
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 03 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience in stakeholder communication
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of documentation and reporting standards
- Certification in CAPM (optional but preferred)
