Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Associate to support project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, status reports, meeting notes)
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or risks
  • Track budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables
  • Prepare project status updates and dashboards
  • Support requirement gathering and documentation
  • Follow up on action items and ensure accountability
  • Participate in client meetings and internal review sessions
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 03 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in stakeholder communication
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of documentation and reporting standards
  • Certification in CAPM (optional but preferred)
