As an Associate - Claims, you will be responsible for handling, processing, and reviewing insurance claims in an accurate and timely manner. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure claims are processed fairly while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance claims submitted by customers, hospitals, or third parties.
• Verify claim information, policy coverage, and required documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of claims by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify potential fraud, and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the system for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Communicate claim decisions (approval, rejection, or further requirements) to customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Support the team in achieving turnaround time (TAT), quality, and compliance targets.
• Stay updated on policy guidelines, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
