Job Title: Oracle Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and databases. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
  • Optimize and tune Oracle database queries for performance.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
  • Ensure database security, integrity, and backup procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for all development work.
  • Support and enhance existing Oracle applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle development.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle 12c or later.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration techniques.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Oracle technologies is a plus.
