Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and team management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in [industry-specific marketing, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, healthcare, etc.].
