Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry-specific marketing, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, healthcare, etc.].
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation strategies.
