Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare teams to provide coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety standards.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants or junior staff as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state/region].
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred.
