The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models to support business objectives and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop and optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current with advancements in AI research, frameworks, and tools.
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Document model development processes, performance metrics, and deployment details.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines and feature engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
