Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and physicians in providing direct patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient observations, and report changes to the nursing team.
- Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Administer basic treatments and procedures under supervision.
- Mentor and guide junior nurse assistants and new staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient areas and equipment.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership experience or supervisory skills preferred.
