About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveling Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare facilities, adapting quickly to new environments while maintaining the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities across assigned locations.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine clinical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt to different hospital systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and procedures quickly.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
  • License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state(s).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of clinical experience (specialties such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or OR preferred).
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS (and PALS or TNCC as applicable).
