Requirements

Valid nursing license/registration.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
