We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production/manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated machinery.
- Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report defective or faulty parts and materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following workplace safety standards.
- Meet daily/weekly production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to resolve assembly issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment and tools.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 3050 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data is a plus.
