We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, automation, and modern DevOps/SRE best practices. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure efficient delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Implement IaC using Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible
• Optimize cloud costs, resource utilization, and system performance
• Design high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
  
  

CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Automate release processes, testing, and environment provisioning
• Enable zero-downtime deployments and canary/blue-green rollout strategies
  
  

Monitoring, Logging & Reliability

• Set up end-to-end observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic)
• Proactively detect and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, incidents, and outages
• Establish SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management
  
  

Security & Compliance

• Implement DevSecOps practices vulnerability scanning, patching, secrets management
• Manage IAM roles, security groups, authentication, and access policies
• Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA depending on org)
  
  

Containerization & Orchestration

• Manage Dockerized applications and Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, self-managed)
• Implement service mesh, autoscaling, and cluster maintenance strategies
  
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with developers to optimize application performance and reliability
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive best practices
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolutions
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in cloud-based environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and automation tools
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, Go optional)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of networking, Linux administration, and system internals
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/FluxCD)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
