Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations, drive cloud-native architecture, implement CI/CD best practices, and lead DevOps transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

=9 Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures.
• Define DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
• Lead infrastructure modernization (on-prem to cloud / hybrid / multi-cloud).
• Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards.
  
  

=9 CI/CD & Automation

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated build, test, deployment, and monitoring solutions.
• Optimize release processes for faster time-to-market.
• Standardize branching and release strategies.
  
  

=9 Cloud & Infrastructure

• Architect solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement auto-scaling, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Optimize cloud cost and performance.
  
  

=9 Security & Compliance

• Integrate DevSecOps practices.
• Implement security scanning and compliance automation.
• Ensure secure access management and secrets management.
  
  

=9 Monitoring & Observability

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and reliability metrics.
• Enable proactive incident response.
  
  

=9 Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor DevOps engineers and SRE teams.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams.
• Drive cultural transformation towards automation and reliability.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years in DevOps/Cloud Architecture.
• Strong experience with:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Kubernetes & container orchestration
• Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM templates
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD)
• Experience with GitOps practices
• Experience in FinOps / cost optimization
• Exposure to SRE principles
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
