Super Dispatch is looking for a Senior Product Manager with proven experience in building and scaling two-sided marketplace products to drive innovation and execution for the Super Dispatch platform. This role requires a strong product development mindset, deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product designers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

We’re a 100% distributed team, so you can work from anywhere in the US (must be a US citizen) while collaborating with our engineering teams in Central Asia.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who thrives on solving complex marketplace challenges—balancing the needs of both supply and demand sides while accelerating network effects. You’ll work at the intersection of SaaS, logistics, and marketplace growth, shaping how shippers, carriers, and brokers connect and do business on our platform.

You are metrics-driven, passionate about user experience on both sides of the market, and experienced in scaling post-MVP products into thriving ecosystems.

Why Super Dispatch

At Super Dispatch, we’re not just digitizing the auto transport industry—we’re building the next-generation marketplace that sets new standards for speed, trust, and efficiency.

Our suite of tools—Carrier TMS, Shipper TMS, SuperPay, and Super Loadboard—powers a rapidly growing network of carriers, shippers, and brokers. With powerful matching, transaction, and workflow tools, we make it easier than ever to move vehicles.

We’re building a platform where each side of the marketplace fuels the other—driving liquidity, efficiency, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketplace strategy for your product area—optimizing for both supply and demand to ensure liquidity, balanced growth, and retention
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research and prioritize problems that impact both sides of the market
  • Become a domain expert in marketplace dynamics, including pricing, trust & safety, network effects, and matching efficiency
  • Define and execute a product vision and roadmap that supports our overall marketplace strategy
  • Shape initiatives by capturing insights from customer interviews, product analytics, and market research, and translate them into clear execution plans
  • Define and track marketplace-specific success metrics (e.g., fill rates, time-to-match, transaction volume, churn on each side)
  • Partner with design, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive marketplace growth
  • Communicate roadmap progress, learnings, and business outcomes with transparency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 2+ years working on a two-sided marketplace product
  • Proven success in growing both sides of a marketplace while maintaining quality and balancing supply/demand dynamics
  • Degree in Computer Science or software engineering background
  • Experience in metrics-driven decision making, experimentation, and marketplace health monitoring
  • Background in transportation/logistics marketplaces (Preferred)
  • History of owning product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and product designers to deliver high-impact results

If you’re passionate about building high-performing marketplaces that delight users on both sides, and you want to help reshape how the auto transport industry operates—we’d love to hear from you.
