Role Overview
The Oceania Regional Manager for Vytelle Australia and Vytelle New Zealand will oversee and manage all operational aspects to include laboratory and field operations oversight. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of operations across sites, coordinating with regional teams, optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives to support Vytelle’s growth and success in bovine reproductive technology. Critical relationships to this role include: Vytelle Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources, Finance and Purchasing to ensure cohesive and aligned

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Vytelle Australia and Vytelle New Zealand.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and communications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulation and company
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Standardize procedures across Australia and New Zealand to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead by example and mentor team members to develop talent and drive results.
- Foster a culture of high
- Establish quarterly and annual goals for employees and foster high- performance, motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
- Drive the implementation of key projects and initiatives that support thecompany’s strategic goals.
- Identify and implement cost-optimization strategies for team travel needs, oocyte shipping, courier service and any and all other operational
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measure to achieve financial targets.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage operational
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance in all operational processes.
- Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global Vytelle team, clients and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AUS/NZ Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all operational
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meeting as required.
- Engage with the executive leadership team to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to optimize supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting department to align operational budgets, financial planning, invoicing, A/R and A/P

- Minimum of years of experience in operations management, preferably in animal reproductive technology.
- Proven track record of managing international operations and leading cross- functional teams.

- Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems and proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar
- Hybrid role , willingness to travel extensively to various international
- This role requires the ability to travel frequently between laboratory and field sites across Australia and New Zealand.
- The Regional Manager will perform site visits involving extended periods of standing, walking and occasionally lifting of up to 20-30lbs.
- Hands-on support during field operations or lab procedures may be required on occasion.
- The role involves working in various environments, including laboratories, on farm and at satellites, and office settings.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours is needed to accommodate operational needs across time zones and support urgent matters.
