Role Overview
Because Vytelle is growing rapidly, we are actively expanding our lab teams! As a Vytelle Biomaterials Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our global team that is helping to bring a new certainty to performance, health and genetic progress. Under the direct supervision of the lab manager, this position will support critical day-to-day laboratory operations handling semen logistics for IVF. Please consider that this position requires flexibility to work early mornings (as early as 3-4am at times) during two very busy breeding seasons.

Responsibilities
- Checking in semen; entry and exit in our system and to record all the semen that is shipped
- Semen logistics (schedule shipments or receiving semen, coordinate with embryo logistics as needed)
- Prepare semen for IVFs scheduled the following day
- Ensure correct documentation; manage semen inventory requests
- Manage all communication regarding semen
- Assist in monitoring liquid nitrogen tank levels
- To keep the semen room organized
- Conduct full semen audits on a quarterly basis
- Any other tasks assigned by the Lab Manager
